Psychometric Testing Program

  • The 2020 program ended on 5th November. This Program will be run again in 2021.
  • If the 2020 participate use their unique ID [Found on their Report] in the 2021 program they can obtain cumulative results.

As part of the Professional Development Program, ‘Master Your Future’ is set of programs and services run by Dr Diane Spencer-Scarr, your Professional Development Officer. While each session within a program is independent, all sessions are designed to reinforce each other. These programs address issues that are directly related to your generation and current social challenges that you may face in transitioning to the work force. The program is based on academic research that identified why some individuals succeeded disproportionately to others  See PDF

It is a progressive program that can be done once or repeated as you wish. There are two parts:

  • 3 x Psychometric tests that you complete online in your own time; and
  • 6 x 1 hour workshops conducted online.

Workshops 1, 2 and 3 are informative sessions that will prepare you for what you need to know so that you can make the most of workshop 4, 5, and 6 where you will apply what you have learned to your personal results.

1. Understand Psychometric Testing
This session is to provide you with the facts about the testing. What they do and don’t do. Why they are used and why they are abused. It is to give you and understanding of what it is that you are dealing with and why it is used.

2. A theory for Success
Here we look at a proposed ‘new’ science that spawned many of our new theories. A science of such simple elegance that it is constantly used and miss-used. It is however ideally suited for this generation.

3. The making of Consciousness
In this session we dig a little deeper and explore what makes us, us! The purpose being that if we understand this and the process that makes us who we are, then we will be better equipped to determine our future and success.

4. Your Goals and Value Exchange

In this workshop we apply what you learned in Part 1. The workshop will step you through a process where you will refine and align your goals to your identified Value Exchange. This alignment process provides the energy needed to focus any behavioral adjustment you choose to make as a result of you test results.

5. Making sense of your results

Here we go through your results will have been emailed to you. During this session we discuss what they mean, and help you identify and understand your true strengths and weaknesses. You true strengths and weaknesses may or may not be what you think they are.

6. Make your results work for you
In this session we bring the program together and brainstorm how you can used technology in your daily life to achieve personal behavioural adaptation for your desired success
